On 7 October 2026, Eurazeo announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Miya through its Planetary Boundaries Fund. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions. The announced growth ambition combines organic development and selective acquisitions.
Miya helps utilities reduce water losses so more water reaches customers, supporting more reliable service and stronger financial performance. Preserving freshwater resources and reducing the energy required for water supply also align this work with Eurazeo’s environmental investment approach. Noam Komy, Chairman of Miya, described the ambition in the announcement as “building a broader international water services platform around the expertise that has made Miya a category leader.”
Since 2007, Miya has implemented more than 200 projects across five continents. In its 15 April 2026 publication, Miya reported that work with the Water and Sewerage Corporation in New Providence, The Bahamas, reduced non revenue water from 56% to approximately 22%.
Miya’s founders and management will continue to guide the company strategically and remain significant co investors alongside Eurazeo’s fund.
